Generally well-kept rooms, though we did see a few squashed mosquitoes high on the bathroom walls that had clearly been there for quite a while, lol! But overall quite clean. The beds are clean and comfortable, the service is friendly and helpful, and the grounds are absolutely beautiful, breathtaking even. The history as a residential school, of course, is really tragic. :( However, I think it's an amazing idea for the Ktunaxa nation to have taken back the property and made it their own, creating a place of beauty and joy instead, benefitting the community, and also sharing the history through real artifacts, photos, a museum, and even tours. :)

Absolutely one of the best stays in our 12 day journey. The rooms although aging were spotless for our party of 10 rooms. Service at all locations within the resort was phenomenal and no one in our group of 18 has any complaints. Food and service was excellently done. Couldn't be happier.

We had a wonderful stay! The hotel is tucked away in a beautiful location with views of the Rockies, making it feel peaceful and scenic. Having a casino on-site was a fun bonus for evening entertainment. We also ate at the casino restaurant and were pleasantly surprised. The food was delicious! I highly recommend the hot wings, the fettuccine, and definitely the tiramisu for dessert. The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable. Staff is friendly. Overall, a great experience and we would absolutely stay again.

The food at the St. Eugene Casino is extremely reasonably priced. It always delivers above expectations for the cost and is consistently delicious. The staff are friendly and make your time there very enjoyable. The free pop refills, big screens, and great atmosphere make it a fun spot to relax and enjoy a meal. I highly recommend checking out the restaurant — you won’t be disappointed!

Room was huge. Staff is super friendly, and the property is so beautiful. If you ever get a chance to visit, take it. The Casino is lots of fun and the food is delicious. If I could give it a higher rating I would.

I love the casino. Except there's just one horrible truth about this place... They don't have any real dealers! You walk in and you're only option is to play against the machines???? Even blackjack!!! Saint Eugene.... I love you guys... Mostly...even though you take my money with no shame. You are a casino you can afford to get a real dealer!!!! Grow Up!!! Get some real dealers please!!!! Are you a casino? Or are you just one of those chances on the side of a highway?

The location and site are absolutely lovely. The service was very good throughout. I was disappointed that the main hotel restaurant was not open for supper during our 2-day stay. We ate supper late-ish on our first night in the casino restaurant, which was all right but standard pub-type fare. The outdoor pool and hot tubs were nice, but the hot tubs were not as toasty as they should have been. We stayed in a room in the Lodge side, and while it was fine it was also disappointingly dated. I believe they are intending to do renovations to these rooms in the near future, which is needed. I am hopeful the renovations will include moving the vending machines out of the main hallway directly in front of two of the rooms, as their current placement is quite noisy and disruptive.

My first time here this week. I really like this hotel. The rooms are nice with a balcony and high ceilings. Super clean. Its very quiet with nice scenery just outside Cranbrook. Staff are helpful. There is a casino and a restaurant here as well. The restaurant makes a good burger. I would highly recommend staying here.
